Teens In Fear Workshop
On Saturday November 13th at 11.00am I will be holding a special workshop for teenagers who would like to learn more about self defense, gaining confidence and avoiding confrontation at school.
With the recent statistics showing that 1 in 3 teens will be involved in a fight at school, this free workshop will be invaluable.
The 2 hour session will include practical application of self defense techniques, valuable ways to avoid confrontation, confidence building tips, course notes and much more.
